He has led an enviable career across multiple domains including passenger and cargo sales and operations, customer service, in-flight products and services, in-flight content and connectivity, travel retail and most recently, brand, product and services marketing on social media.

Always fascinated by the impact of technology on business and consumer behaviour, since 2016, Vimal has also invested in and mentored travel tech startups who are out to redefine how travel providers attract, engage and retain customers.
